Warranties and repairs - what's covered and what to do should you need a repair?

TUFF devices are designed to withstand the harshest environments. Our customers are those who are most at home outdoors - and we want to help them have the freedom to live life without boundaries and to extend their limits.

Whilst a TUFF Phone is an incredibly robust and resilient tool designed to endure anything an active lifestyle can throw at it, we understand that accidents happen - screens crack and faults do occur, all of which can affect the performance of your handset.

TUFF Device Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase for all TUFF devices that meet the conditions outlined in our TUFF Device Warranty Statement. We also offer our customers the option to purchase an additional 12 months Extended Warranty at checkout.

The Warranty is provided for a period of 12 months in respect of the device and 6 months in respect of the battery.

Extended Device Warranty

Our Extended Warranty allows you to protect your TUFF Phone for an additional 12 months for only £120.00 + VAT. The option to purchase an Extended Warranty will be present at checkout for all eligible devices.

TUFF Phones' Extended Warranty covers mechanical failures and accidental damage as outlined within the technical specifications of the TUFF Device Warranty Statement.


TUFF Phones repairShould you need to return your device to us for assessment or for repair, please contact our customer services team on 01243 790 433 to book in your device.

Before sending in your device for repair, please remember to back up your data. If you need help doing this, our customer services team can assist.

Once our engineers have received and assessed the device, you will be notified as to whether the damage/fault is covered by the warranty. Please note that if the issue is not covered by warranty, you may be required to pay repair fees before the device is returned to you.
