Three mobile logoThree subscribers have voiced their outrage over a newtork disturbance that left them unable to use their mobile handsets during last weekend (Saturday 22 - 23 April 2017).

Taking to Twitter subscribers voiced their upset with the lack of service. In some cases where service was available customers reported that text messages were being delivered to complete strangers.

Apologising to subscribers over social media channels on Sunday 23rd April, the network stated that "all services are now restored" and advised customers to restart their devices if normal services had yet to resume.

The mobile network operator claimed that a "temporary network issue" was the cause of the problem.

Following Three's recent data breach, this recent outage has left many customers refusing to pay their line rental bills as 'they could belong to someone else' or looking to cancel their subscriptions early due to lack of service.
