The Citizens Advice Bureau accuse mobile network perators of not safeguarding customers

The Citizens Advice Bureau have accused mobile network operators of not using the necessary safeguards to help prevent customers from falling into serious financial debt.

In their new "Falling Behind" report the national charity calls on network providers to help customers avoid building up debts and act more responsibly.

The Falling Behind report analyised 26,600 mobile phone debts from 2015 that totalled nearly £11 million.
