The LG G Watch R is available from tomorrow!
Any regular techie or technophile will be aware of the impact that Google have had on the 'wearables' sector with the announcement of Google Glass a few years ago.
They have followed up with the release of their fantastic Android Wear OS which is specifically designed for smart watches and Google have created a huge buzz in the industry with the announcement of the Moto 360 smart watch and subsequent announcements that many other manufacturers like Sony, LG and Samsung have followed suit and are now creating wearables.
So here we proudly announce the addition of the LG G Watch R to the Tuffphones line which is now available for pre-order through the Tuffphones website ready for it's October 24th release date.
The LG G Watch R is compatible with any device running on Android 4.3 (and higher) and features a 1.3" P-OLED Display which is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked in at 1.2GHz with the wearable running on Google's Android Wear OS.
The G Watch R is waterproof and dust proof with an IP67 rating so you can wear it practically anywhere and with a 410 mAh battery you'll be sure that the device will last you at least a full day between charges.
If you aren't a fan of the strap that the LG G Watch R comes equipped with you can always replace it with any 22mm (0.86inch) watch strap that picques your interest.
Many were hoping for an alternative to Google and Motorolas 'Moto 360' smart watch and this is seen by many as being the direct competitior to the Moto 360 - at least until Asus release their wearable, the Asus ZenWatch.
