Introducing the new CAT S40
CAT Phones have announced their latest addition to the tough phones market - the CAT S40.
The new handset will launch on 1st August and is their most advanced handset yet. Treading the line between smartphone and tough phone more than ever the new S40 features a 4.7" qHD screen that is protected by Gorilla Glass4 and is super-bright for an uncompromised outdoor experience.
This new device is drop tested up to 1.8 meters onto concrete and comes rated with both the IP68 and MIL-STD 810G certifications for durability, this handset is dust and waterproof.
Also this new handset comes with CAT's wet-finger tracking technology and 'Glove-On' working technology, plus waterproof warning sensors lets user know when the phone isn't waterproof (and shows animation of how to correct this).
The device is powered by a 3000 mAh battery with up to 39 days standby time, perfect for those who regularly work long hours on site.
The handset is also 4G capable and has an 8MP rear facing camera with a 2MP front facing 'selfie' snapper.
